Developed and implemented projects related to textile industry to maintain and improve company\'s existing infrastructure essential for business.
·  Provided technical and professional engineering support services in design, estimate and bidding process, plan, and implementation of construction projects.
·   Planned, directed and participated in surveying activities and researching title reports and deeds in preparation of survey instructions.
·   Prepare construction project schedule and track using MS-Project, Excel etc.
·   Analyzed survey reports, maps, blueprints and other topographical and geologic data to plan infrastructure and construction projects.
·   Track and monitor construction work schedules and participate in progress review meetings with project stakeholders. Make sure implementation of design specifications and conditions of contract by studying work specifications, BOQs and Conditions of contract.

·  Supervise survey and construction works at project site. Inspect construction materials, quality of work as per defined project specifications, inspect field tests and review reports as per specifications
· Successfully managed and delivered more than 50 civil works projects of varying nature (new, renovation and retrofitting) and combine worth of PKR 300 Million. 

·         Liaison with client, architect and contractors by coordination meetings, emails and discuss project details & core issues.
·         Track progress of the project by preparing detailed Progress Monitoring Chart, preparing detailed daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
·         Make sure implementation of design specifications and conditions of contract by studying work specifications, BOQs and Conditions of contract.
·         Perform site inspections on daily basis regarding layout, steel, formwork, testing of materials, pavement design and road layout.
·         Participate and assist Project Manager in the preparation of tender documents, writing of specifications for works and material procurement, BOQs and project schedules
·         Successfully completed execution of development of infrastructure of Karachi’s 1st Go Kart Track, having road network of 2 KM and two state of the art buildings. Total worth of project was PKR 400 Million.

·         Performed site inspections on client requests, verifying work progress as per architectural and structural drawing
·         Estimated quantities of material, resources and ordered contractor to plan his activities accordingly.
·         Performed material testing for compliance with specifications.
·         Checked and verified contractor’s bill of quantities (BOQ).
·         Conducted frequent site coordination meetings with Architect, structural engineer, general and trade contractors for reviewing site progress.
·         Successfully completed execution of new school building G+5 project with covered area of 18000 sq. feet and overall cost of PKR 80 million.
